This is Verterans Day, right? I was in Shaws in Windham this morning, hoping to find a US flag, a red white and blue flower arrangement ... or even a patriotic-looking cookie to bring to my father who served in WWII. The only patriotic items they had in the whole store were football related. I'm so dissappointed! Don't they know who paid (and continues to pay) the price for their freedom?

Praises for the man who found the English Bulldog that was stolen last year from Sea World Pet Center in Salem. The dog is now happy, the store is happy and I hope the thief gets very unhappy!
